Submission Guidelines – Emerging Tech Conference Edge Intelligence

One page (extended abstract) for posters
Posters should present and discuss original work or highlights of recent work (even if published or presented in another venue, but with adequate additional information).
Up to two (2) pages for Technical Papers/Reports
Technical papers can describe ongoing research, novel products and services, research project outcomes, industrial doctorate positions etc.
Four (4) up to six (6) pages for Scientific/Research papers.
Full length papers should describe original and unpublished scientific work and results in the topics covered by the conference.

The papers submitted will be reviewed by at least 2 reviewers for each paper, assigned by the international scientific committee.
Based on the review process result, a paper can be accepted, rejected, or authors will be asked to make improvements for reconsideration.
Authors will be notified regarding the review outcome and should be prepared to do editorial corrections and/or amendments based on the comments of the reviewers.
The accepted papers will be presented in oral or poster format as accepted by the scientific committee.
Papers and posters-along with keynote speeches and conference material-, will be included in the “ETCEI 2025 Contributions & Highlights” volume published by HETiA and indexed in Crossref.
Selected high-quality full papers will be published by an esteemed international SCOPUS-indexed publisher.
